沿革

1996年株式会社 ネットジャパン設立（東京都千代田区神田司町）。
海外のソフトウェアベンダーの製品を日本語にローカライズして国内で販売
2008年ディストリビューターモデルから自社開発のパブリシャーモデルへ転換を図り、
バックアップソリューションActiveImage Protectorの開発に着手。
2009年「ActiveImage Protector 2.5」をリリース。
NEC向けに「ActiveImage Protector for Express5800/ ftサーバ」をリリース。
2010年ActiveImage Protectorに「仮想環境ライセンス」を採用。
エージェントレス・バックアップ製品「ActiveImage Protector for Hyper-V with ReZoom」をリリース。
個人向けに「PowerX ActiveImage Protector Pro」をリリース。
2011年NEC向けに「ActiveImage Protector for Express5800/ ft Virtua」「ActiveImage Protector for CLUSTERPRO」をリリース。
2012年画期的な重複排除圧縮機能を搭載した「ActiveImage Protector 3.5」をリリース。
2014年Linux向けにGUIを実装した「ActiveImage Protector 4.0 Linux Edition」をリリース。
2015年復元作業が不要なバックアップソリューション「vStandby」をリリース。
イメージファイルから即時起動できる「ImageBoot」、イメージファイルの管理ツール「ImageCenter LE」をリリース。
即時災害復旧ソリューション「vStandby AIP」をリリース。
2016年「ActiveImage Protector 2016」をリリース。
パーソナル向けに「ActiveImage Protector 4」をリリース。
2017年「ActiveImage Protector 2018」をリリース。
パーソナル向けに「ActiveImage Protector 5」をリリース。
2018年USBを使用するデプロイメントツール「ActiveImage Deploy USB」をリリース。
ActiveImage Protector用の集中管理コンソール「ActiveVisor」をリリース。
2019年「ActiveImage Protector 2018 Update」をリリース。
Virtual Editionには、エージェントレス・バックアップの「HyperAgent」機能を搭載。
タンベルグデータ用の「ActiveImage Protector for RDX」をリリース。
2020年バックアップイメージファイルから復元や仮想化変換をしないで仮想マシンとして起動できる「HyperBoot」をリリース。
同年
7月1日		株式会社 ネットジャパンから株式会社 アクティファイに社名変更。
2021年
11月		ActiveImage Protector 2022をリリース
