Furthermore, Personal Information includes information that can be correlated with other information and thereby identify the specific individual.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>About Pseudonymisation and Anonymization <\/strong><br><br>When processing personal data by using pseudonymisation (the processing of personal data in such a way that the personal data can no longer be attributed to a specific person whilst allowing the recipients to link different pieces of information together by taking measures pursuant to the related laws and regulations) or anonymization (the process of removing personal identifiers completely and irreversibly that may lead to an individual being identified by taking measures pursuant to the related laws and regulations), Actiphy shall abide by the following code of practices.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"list_dot_small mb-3\" style=\"margin-left:30px\"><li>Appropriately process personal data observing the laws and regulations.<\/li><li>For the prevention of information leakage regarding how to handle the deleted information or data processing method, take safety control measures observing the laws and regulations.<\/li><li>Publicize the items of the information included in the created anonymization processed data.<\/li><li>Do not identify specific individual in reference to personal information, based on which Pseudonymisation \/ Anonymization processed data were created.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"decimal\">\n<li value=\"3\"><strong>Collection, Use and Provision of Personal Data<\/strong><br>Actiphy collects, use and provide personal data only in an appropriate and fair manner. Actiphy identifies the purpose of use of them and takes measures to never use them beyond the intended purpose.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Maintenance of Security and Accuracy of Personal Data<\/strong><br>\nIn order to maintain security and accuracy of personal data, Actiphy deploys security measures, strives to prevent illegal access or loss, destruction, falsification and leakage of personal data, and takes corrective measures.<br>\nWhen the situation occurs pertaining to security of personal information including the loss, destruction and leakage of personal data which the risk is high that damage the rights or interests of the owner of the personal information as specified in the Personal Information Protection Commission Rules, Actiphy shall report the occurrence of the situation to Personal Information Protection Commission.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Review and Improvement of Subcontracted Work<\/strong><br>Regarding subcontracted work, Actiphy reviews and improves subcontracted work so that protection of personal information should be undoubtedly ensured. When drafting a subcontract agreement, the subcontractor\u2019s obligation to observe Act on the Protection of Personal Information must be included. Also, Actiphy takes all necessary measures to manage and supervise such subcontractors for protection of personal information.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Establishment of Management Framework for Personal Information Protection and keeping all officers and employees familiar with the framework<\/strong><br>Actiphy has established the Personal Information Security Officer who assumes the clearly defined responsibility of protecting personal information.
